This organization depicts growth and development of an organization. This is evident when Andrew makes a presentation to the potential market and was placed the president. This shows professionalism and expertise. Additionally, he took time to learn about agriculture. The changes affect the organization. This is because Alice says that the organization grows at a faster rate. Therefore, Andrews Winery was growing from a small scale to a large-scale organization. However, the winery’s growth seems to affect the employees. This is because the organization does not maintain its original way of handling the investors. This, therefore, has a negative affect on the organization’s business and prosperity. Therefore, it would have been better if the growth was gradual. Additionally, they cannot talk to Bill, which indicates that this organization lacks adequate communication
